Mane, surrounded by the stars one step away from heaven and serenity, works in a refuge in the high mountains, welcomed by a South Tyrolean family and friends who love him unconditionally.
In the middle of the end-of-season party, a phone call with unknown content will push him to start again without delay and put his own balance at stake.
Chewed up and spat out, he will repeat a journey he has already made, which will unexpectedly lead him to reconnect with his origins.
At the end of a road movie throughout Italy, Mane will give a name to his pain in a cemetery of nameless graves by the sea.
